Maple Cinnamon Fruit Dip

All the flavours of apple pie without the calories! This quick fruit dip combines cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla with greek yogurt for a healthy and protein-packed snack.
1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 apples, sliced
In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon just before serving.
Serve with apple slices.
