We’ll begin with a comprehensive nutrition assessment to discuss your health and wellness goals, current food intake, daily schedule, meal times, barriers to healthy eating, food and meal preferences, and medical history.
Based on your assessment, we’ll discuss personalized recommendations and strategies to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. This may include tips to build a healthy and balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner, portion guidelines, meal timing suggestions, strategies to manage appetite, calorie-controlled snack ideas, tips on mindful eating, as well as effective lifestyle modifications.
A comprehensive Nutrition Report summarizing your recommendations will be emailed to you following your appointment.

During your follow up appointment we’ll work closely to monitor your progress by setting goals, reviewing your food intake and portion sizes, tracking your weight and discussing any obstacles or challenges you are facing.
Follow up appointments are tailored to the needs of each client and may include additional resources and recommendations, such as meal/daily calorie targets, recipe ideas, grocery store product recommendations, recipe analysis and modification, restaurant meal suggestions, etc.
Follow-up appointment with 7-day meal plan
30 minutes | $90
This follow up appointment includes an assessment to learn more about the requirements of your personalized meal plan - including your wellness goals, cooking ability, time availability, and food preferences.
Based on the information we discuss, I will create a 7 day meal plan for you with recipes and detailed grocery list. This will be emailed to you following your appointment.
